ATM SYSTEM

Integration between the host computer and the ATM switch. All member-related ATM service functions
are now performed on the host computer with automatic updating to the ATM switch files as follows:

- The ordering of ATM cards (New or Replacement)
- Issue up to nine (9) cards per account
- Setup Amount Authorization limits
- Share and/or Draft access privileges
- Hot Carding
- Card Status

ON-LINE ATM SERVICE

| Implementation of "Master Fee" Screen to control automatic feeing of ATM Transaction if applicable.

Example:
- Fee for card issuing can now be automatic
- Fee for an inquiry may be different than fee for a withdrawal
- "A" group of credit union members may qualify for "x" number of transaction free
- "B" group of credit union members qualify for "Y" number of transactions free
- Separate fees for "on us" or "3rd party" ATM use
Statement Generation
Monthly Statements can be provided to members with ATM cards who do not have share draft accounts.

HISTORY

DECEMBER 1986
- Real-Time Data implements on-line ATM services.
- First in Virginia to have on-line, real-time ATM authorization.
Purpose
- Eliminate over-drafting & subsequent collection efforts and losses.
- Make ATM services available to all members.
FEBRUARY 1989
- Real-Time Data implements new additional integrated ATM system and has sixteen (16)
credit unions start ATM services.
