This subsystem electronically maintains all member documents, reducing paper costs and storage requirements.

 
Functions:
  • Electronically scans all member documents and places them in an Electronic Member Folder for easy research, retrieval and printing of:

    • Membership cards

    • Share draft request forms

    • Drivers License

    • Payroll deduction forms, etc.

  • Allows the setup and management of Electronic Management Folders for scanning and achieving such documents as:

    • Board Minutes and Reports

    • Credit Committee Minutes

    • Staff Personnel information

    • Insurance documents, bonds, etc.
