Q-Teller™

This subsystem processes all member transactions across the counter and uses a digitized signature pad for member signatures authorizing the transaction. Member Signature and transaction documents are archived for retrieval and printing on demand. An integrated desktop scanner is used for scanning all member check deposits front and back. These check copies are then archived eliminating the need for microfilming daily bank deposits. The system also incorporates a small 3.5" wide receipt paper printer. The integrated laser printers print all other documents such as Certificate forms, IRA Certificates, Reports etc. Checks are printed on Dot Matrix or a laser printer.
